Andrea Alkalay —conceptual photography and mixed media-Argentina
I am an Argentinean visual artist with a degree in Industrial Design. Thinking through images, I seek the poetic and political potential that arises from observation, exploring photography's ability to manipulate the perception of reality. Questioning the complex relationship between humans and their natural environment, as well as the memory embedded in the landscape and its multiple interpretations, is a key line of analysis in my search to propose new levels of reflection.
